At the health task group meeting in March, we talked about the importance of eating healthily.

A dietician came to talk to us about diabetes and how eating healthily can help us stop getting diabetes.

Diabetes is an illness that means there is too much sugar in your blood. Your body can not turn the sugar into energy, so it stays in your blood, this can make you poorly.

A dietician helps gives people advice about eating healthily and keeping well.
